For over a decade, GNFK has been supporting local shelters across the Lower Mainland.  At the annual events – GNFK School Supplies for Kids In Need, GNFK Valentines Event – hundreds of care packages are delivered, GNFK Toy Drive (over 3,000 new toys are donated to low income families).  

 

GNFK has been fortunate to create great partnerships with local shelters, serving for the betterment of society.

 

The GNFK Food Rescue Program – tonnes of free groceries is delivered by GNFK volunteers to local shelters on a consistent basis (Salvation Army, Gordons Church, Saint Aidans Presbyterian Church, Helping Hands, Guru Nanak’s Food Bank, local Gurdwaras, Aboriginal Mothers Centre, Sto Lo First Nation Chilliwack and so on.   We are thankful to our donors (namely, Foodmesh, Save On Stores, Safeway, Loblaws and Starbucks).
